1) Asking the umpire to validate the 'identity proof' such as license for the player clearly showing the picture and name of the player
2) If the player does have a picture in cricclubs but is not recognisable and the player also does not have an identity proof (as per point-1 above), then it is upto the opposite captain to allow or disallow the player to play.
3) If the opposite captain allows the player (without clear pic or identity proof) to play and wants to raise it later on then the onus is on the opposite captain to take a picture of the player in dispute along with the umpire and send it to the committee for lodging a dispute. In this scenario the committee will verify the identity of the photographed player and resolve the dispute either way.
4) If in any of the above scenarios, the defaulted player (without proven identity) is allowed to play on the ground and no picture is taken with the umpire (for identity validation) then no action 'may' be taken by the committee as there is no evidence available for the player/s being disputed. |

We highly encourage mutual respect towards the opposition players and umpires. A player can be fined for use of obscene or abusive language towards the opposition team. If or when it occurrs, the opposition captain can request the umpire to make a note and record it to the organising committtee. The organising committee can then investigate the incident further with both captains & umpires, and penalise the player if found guilty. |
Player can be banned up to 1 game if found guilty. |

If main umpire considers that the conduct of a player, at any time during the match, is unacceptable, the umpire concerned shall call and will issue a warning to the player. Some of the actions by a player may constitue a warning are
- Other players, except captains, expressing their dissatisfaction in an offensive way to the umpire or opponent.
- showing dissent at an umpire’s decision by word or action
- using language that, in the circumstances, is obscene, offensive or insulting
- making an obscene gesture
- appealing excessively
- advancing towards an umpire in an aggressive manner when appealing
- throwing the ball at a player, umpire or another person in an inappropriate and dangerous manner
- making inappropriate and deliberate physical contact with another player
- Reacting to opponents taunts, mocking, teasing or any other kind of provocation. As player is expected not to react and handle it calmly by complaining it to umpire in first place.
- Smoking cigratee on ground during play
Any other misconduct, the nature of which is, in the opinion of the umpires. |

Public Liability |
Public liability insurance has been included ($1000 minimum payment in case of claims), however, there are no provisions for personal individual insurance. All the playing teams do so at own risk of injury, no damage liability is covered by the tournament organisers. Team personnel are responsible for their own safety during the games. |

Final Ruling and Decisions |
Any rules not included in the rulebook will be governed by ICC rulebook.
The organising committee reserves the right to imply a decision for any of the scenarios not stated above. The organising committee's decision will be final and binding. All participating teams by the virtue of playing the tournament agree to oblige and respect the organising committee's decisions. |

Event Rule |
By virtue of participation, the team agrees to have read and understood the Rules and Regulations of the event and all that it entails. The Entrant confirms that he/she/it is authorised by the Team to declare that the Team agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations contained in this rule book and any ruling made from time to time by the Organisers as well as the terms and conditions contained herein. In the event that there is a contradiction between the Rules and Regulations and the terms and conditions contained herein, then these terms and conditions shall apply. The Team acknowledges and accepts that cricket can be a dangerous sport and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability, loss or damage, including property damage, can occur. The Entrant, as well as each and every participant, accept these risks. By participating in the Event, the Entrant, hereby irrevocably indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Organiser, its franchises, directors, employees and third party agents against all loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, injury and or death, costs including legal costs, interest and expenses which the Organiser, its franchises, directors, employees and third party agents may hereafter be held liable for, pay, incur or sustain in connection with any action, proceedings or claim being instituted against it by any party whomsoever, including the legal guardian of the minor child, directly or indirectly arising from or related to the use of all the Event facilities in respect of all Participants involved in the Team including all minors. The Organiser will not be held liable for any injuries or damages (consequential or otherwise) that occurs to you, or your Team, your property or that of a 3rd party during the Event. Look after yourselves and each other. |
